Jessica Gonzalez (Los Angeles, California) is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the National Hispanic Media Counsel (NHMC). Jessica previously ran NHMC’s Washington, D.C. office, executing NHMC’s priorities before the federal agencies and Congress. Jessica has testified before the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, Federal Communications Commission, and National Telecommunications and Information Administration. Before joining NHMC, Jessica was an attorney and clinical teaching fellow at Georgetown Law’s Institute for Public Representation, where she earned her LLM. Jessica serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the National Hispanic Leadership Agenda and the FCC’s Diversity and Open Internet advisory committees.
