Jessie Hernandez is a Manager at Capgemini Government Solutions with more than 5 years of national security experience delivering advisory services in strategy, decision analysis, governance, organizational and project management, public policy, and information technology management. He was most recently recognized for his contributions to a high-profile data task-force charged with identifying separated migrant families through the use of technology. Prior to joining Capgemini, Jessie was a political appointee in the administration of President Barack Obama. He served in the Secretary’s Office of Partnership and Engagement at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where he was one of the Secretary’s representatives to governors, mayors, and top-level public safety officials on border management, aviation security, immigration, and the “If You See Something, Say Something” TM public awareness campaign. An El Monte, California native, he is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and alumnus of Princeton University’s Public Policy and International Affairs Program.
