Jill is Global Managing Director for Corporate Citizenship at Accenture, and President of the Accenture Global Giving Foundation. She has previously worked in the areas of talent and organizational change in Accenture’s Management Consulting business, and with clients in the public sector and financial services. In 2002 Jill co-founded Accenture Development Partnerships (ADP), an innovative not-for-profit venture that channels Accenture’s skills and expertise to the international development sector.She has served on the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council on Youth Unemployment and as Chair of the Solutions for Youth Employment coalition, where she continues to serve on the Board. Prior to Accenture, Jill worked in the non-profit and international development sector. She has also volunteered as an ambassador for Strong Voices, a crime prevention charity working with vulnerable women. Jill grew up in SE Asia and has lived and worked extensively in Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. She holds a Masters degree in Anthropology and Development from Cambridge University and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology. She has three children and currently lives in London.
Jill was a participant at the 2018 Economic Security Summit, which was held July 9-12, 2018, in Aspen, Colorado.
