As part of the Corporate Social Responsibility team at U.S. Bank, Kaori leads the development and implementation of the financial education and wellness strategy. Her work focuses on improving financial literacy and wellness outcomes for customers, employees and communities, and increasing use of and recognition of U.S. Bank programs. Kaori has extensive experience in social impact, marketing strategy and enterprise program leadership. Most recently, she was a Senior Director at Best Buy. Kaori holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Yale University and a Master’s degree of business from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the board of directors of Pillsbury United Communities, and volunteers with Junior Achievement.
