Kevin Cammarata is the Vice President of Benefits and a member of the Corporate Human Resources leadership team at Verizon. He is responsible for the design, strategy, administration, delivery, financing and funding of Verizon’s domestic benefits programs for employees and retirees. This includes all of Verizon’s health & welfare programs, including medical, prescription drug, dental, disability, and life insurance. Kevin also oversees the operation of Verizon’s three defined benefit pension plans and the 401(k) savings program.
Kevin is a retirement actuary by background, having spent over fifteen years consulting on employee benefit programs prior to joining Verizon. He is currently a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.
Kevin resides in the Morristown, NJ area with his wife and two daughters. His interests include hiking in National Parks, ice hockey and working the New York Times crossword puzzles.
