Kimberly Flint is the Programs Director for the Center for Latino Progress-CPRF — a nonprofit, community-based organization whose mission is to advance the socio-economic conditions of individuals and families in the greater Hartford community through education, training, supportive services, leadership development, and advocacy. Kim oversees the Center’s workforce development and literacy programs for adults, youth, and families and has been with the organization since 2010.

Previously, Kim served as the Director of Marketing for a family-based corporation and has also worked as an independent consultant for family/community/corporate relationship building. She brings her experience in business together with a background in secondary and adult education into her current position with the Center. Since 2005, Kim has held various leadership roles in her church, Rockville Church of the Nazarene, where she presently serves as the Director of Women’s Ministries.

Kim Flint is a member of the Hartford Workforce Leaders Academy, Class of 2017-18, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.

The Workforce Leadership Academies are part of the Economic Opportunity Fellows Network, a network of leadership and fellowship programs run by the Aspen Institute Economic Opportunities Program.
