Previously, she led Congressional and Public Affairs at the Millennium Challenge Corporation during the Obama administration, steering global media relations, executive communications, high-profile government initiatives like Power Africa and Let Girls Learn, and allocating over $1 billion in annual federal grants worldwide. As the founder of LCA Consulting, Lorelle’s strategic counsel elevated the brands of civil rights and global development organizations, pushing their missions forward and expanding their reach.
With deep experience across policy, communications, advocacy, and brand leadership, Lorelle is passionate about driving results for mission-driven organizations. A Texas native, she now calls Northern Virginia home and serves on the Washington Women in Public Relations board.
