Lynn Raicik currently serves as Senior Workforce Specialist in the Education and Workforce Development Initiative for Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology, Inc. In this capacity, she is responsible for workforce-related activities in research and planning, program development, outreach and advocacy, information and referral, employer engagement, and partner development. Ms. Raicik manages a workforce programming grant awarded by Workforce Solutions Collaborative Metro Hartford that provides funding for recruitment, training, and retention services for low-skill job-seekers. She co-convenes an Advanced Manufacturing Employer Partnership (AMEP) group with the regional workforce investment board, Capital Workforce Partners (CWP). Previously she was a Program Specialist for a US Department of Defense grant program to develop a New England-based Regional Aerospace and Defense Exchange, a cluster initiative that supports all components of workforce development. Ms. Raicik is graduate of University of Hartford with a master’s degree in organizational behavior. She attained her bachelor’s degree from Eastern Connecticut State University in English and applied social relations.
Lynn Raicik is a member of the Hartford Workforce Leaders Academy, Class of 2017-18, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
