Maiya Winston is an Inclusive Diversity Consultant with Allstate Insurance Company and is based in the Irving,Texas Talent Center. Maiya is a member of the Employee Resource Group management team, helping to provide oversight for the eleven Allstate ERGs and various chapters around the world. A native of Los Angeles, Maiya is a graduate of the University of Southern California and has a passion for employee engagement & development. Over the past two years, she has been an integral part of the growth of the Irving ERG presence on campus and the development of metrics and reporting to demonstrate the impact of engagement related to the attraction, promotion and retention of Allstate employees. In addition to employee engagement, Maiya is passionate about helping others learn and master the Art of Networking, improving their LinkedIn presence and forging their own development plans to achieve personal and career goals. When not at an ERG event or in a mentoring session, you can find her volunteering with various youth organizations throughout the DFW Metroplex.
Maiya Winston is a member of the Dallas Economic Opportunity Leadership Academy, Class of 2019-2020, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
