Mariana Rios is based in Mexico City and works at Rapid Results Institute, implementing 100-Day Challenges in the justice sector throughout the country. She has over a decade of experience in program implementation, management, and funding, serving organizations to fulfill their missions. Prior to Rapid Results, she managed programs focused on underserved communities in the areas of education, health, and justice. As the Director of the Alternatives for the Fortune Society’s Incarceration (ATI) program she focused on empowering and offering skill-building training to minority youth involved in the criminal justice system. In Mexico, she worked as a consultant for an entrepreneurship program for girls where she led the evaluation of the digital programs to determine strengths and challenges, resulting in a strategy and implementation model to improve the online application platform resulting in a 100% increase in completed applications.
