Megan joined the Aspen Institute’s Business & Society Program in January 2024 to head two sister programs: the First Movers Fellows Fellowship and Leaders Forum. The First Movers Fellowship is an innovation lab for exceptional business professionals (social intrapreneurs) who are imagining new products, services, and management practices that achieve profitable business growth and lasting social impact. She also convenes the Aspen Leaders Forum, which enables corporate leaders with enterprise-wide environmental and social responsiblities to hone their leadership practice through candid, peer-to-peer dialogue. Megan believes that that if we are serious about transformational social and environmental change, we need to equip business leaders to reimagine companies from the inside out.
Prior to Aspen, she designed social impact programs and led corporate sustainability partnerships to enable rising leaders to build pro-social careers as intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs. She’s a curious pragmatist, a cultural anthropologist, a lover of urban design, and a parent to a babbling little one.
