Michelle Jeong is a program manager with the College Excellence Program. She serves on the Research and Innovation team, supporting the American Talent Initiative.
Before joining Aspen, Michelle worked in the enrollment offices at Colgate University and American University. At Colgate she cultivated a partnership with Questbridge and spearheaded the redesign of the holistic review rubric, achieving a higher standard of excellence at the institution. Building on her experience at Colgate, Michelle implemented data-driven initiatives at American University to collaborate with IDEA Public Schools in Texas to empower and advise low-income, first-generation students in their college preparations.
Michelle holds an Ed.M, with a focus on higher education, from Harvard University and a B.A from Bowdoin College.
