Both as a professional and a volunteer, Niko has participated in a variety of professional & educational programs for both the private & public sectors. Niko has earned a Master of Public Administration Degree, with emphasis in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Niko currently volunteers with various civic and social organizations (e.g. Southfield Kappa Foundation – Scholarship Committee Chair, Southfield Alumni Chapter – Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. – Kappa Leadership League, “Man-Up” Academic Development Program at Oakland Community College, and the Smart Moves Leadership Development Program for young men ages 14-18 years old. Niko presently manages & oversees the Flip the Script (FTS) Empowerment program with Goodwill Industries of Greater Detroit. The program is uniquely designed to divert clients away from prison.
