Nora Ngo is a Program Associate on the Research & Innovation Team, where she supports the efforts of the American Talent Initiative and Transfer Scholars Network.
Prior to joining Aspen, Nora worked at UCLA Center for Community College Partnerships as a peer advisor. She also volunteered to be a transfer mentor at UCLA Transfer Center. Nora is a proud community college transfer, first-generation student, and first-generation immigrant. She is driven by making an impact on transfer students’ success and transfer receptive culture through her work at Aspen.
Nora earned an A.A. in psychology, an A.A. with math and science emphasis, and an A.A. with social and behavioral emphasis. Nora then transferred to UCLA, where she obtained a B.A. in psychology.
