Oscar Bedolla (New York City) is a Vice President in KPMG’s Corporate Finance practice based in New York City. He has over 10 years of experience in economic development working in both public and private markets in the areas of real estate, municipal finance and project finance. On a daily basis, he actively contributes to a team responsible for developing infrastructure projects that create jobs, attract foreign investment, and strengthen the United States’ economy. Working alongside stakeholders from Capitol Hill, international and domestic bankers, private construction companies, executive management of state governments, and appointed members of President Obama’s administration, Oscar has obtained firsthand experience in shaping policies that allow governments to leverage limited resources to build and maintain infrastructure and foster economic development. Specifically, Oscar has substantial experience in developing public-private partnerships (P3), financial analysis, restructurings, project management, and portfolio management. Oscar holds a dual Master’s degree of International Public Policy and Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University.
