Pam joined the Communications Department as a freelance writer in summer 2023, collaborating with programs to create digital content that elevated the impact of their work. She came on board full time as Creative Services Project Manager in 2024. In this role, she partners with programs to manage all aspects of their communications from project inception to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and high quality results.
Prior to joining the Aspen Institute, Pam worked at The Arc of the United States as a senior digital content manager, partnering with grassroots advocates across the country to share impactful stories that move the needle on disability inclusion. Her background of nearly 10 years in the communications and marketing sector spans social media, storytelling and public education, email marketing, CRM and CMS management, and fundraising writing. She has worked across several nonprofit areas including disability rights, climate, and federal policy advocacy.
Pam holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston, where she majored in communications with minors in psychology and Jewish studies. She currently lives in Rockville and can be found outside hiking, gardening, or walking her dogs in her free time.
