Managing Director, Amplio Recruiting, Dallas, Texas

Richard Brindley serves as the Managing Director for Amplio Recruiting’s Dallas-Fort Worth office. Amplio is a staffing company focused on connecting the refugee workforce to great businesses with living-wage jobs and upward mobility potential. Based in Atlanta – with new offices in DFW, Houston, Raleigh-Durham and Detroit – Amplio Recruiting is a for-profit social enterprise and the first staffing company to become a Certified B Corporation. Brindley directs and manages both the business development and refugee recruiting efforts in the DFW region. He also works collaboratively with a number of organizations in multiple sectors that share the like-minded goal of building a jobs pipeline for refugees and immigrants among the DFW business community. Richard hopes to see the success of their Atlanta offices’s over 5,000 successful refugee job placements in its 5 year history replicated and exceeded in the DFW Metroplex. Previously, Richard served in Dallas as a pastor focused on international missions and development work in over a dozen countries. He received his bachelors at the University of North Texas, and masters at Dallas Theological Seminary with his graduate focus on international mission.

Richard Brindley is a member of the Dallas Economic Opportunity Leadership Academy, Class of 2019-2020, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.

The Workforce Leadership Academies are part of the Economic Opportunity Fellows Network, a network of leadership and fellowship programs run by the Aspen Institute Economic Opportunities Program. Within this Network, EOP connects national and local leaders from across sectors — nonprofit, government, business, philanthropy, academia, and more — to advance policies and practices with the potential to help low- and moderate-income Americans thrive in today’s economy.
