Samantha Moore is the Administrator of Children and Youth Services for the Hudson County Department of Health and Human Services, where she has worked for ten years. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Hudson County Workforce Development Board Youth Subcommittee. Samantha’s work experience also includes positions at the Center for Court Innovation, the New York City Administration for Children’s Services, the New York City Department of Juvenile Justice and the Stella and Charles Guttman Foundation. Samantha has a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

Samantha Moore is a member of the Hudson County Workforce Leadership Academy, Class of 2019-2020, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.

The Workforce Leadership Academies are part of the Economic Opportunity Fellows Network, a network of leadership and fellowship programs run by the Aspen Institute Economic Opportunities Program.
