Spring Chunxiao Fu is managing director at the Aspen Institute, heading the China Fellowship Program, which aims to select and energize China’s private sector business leaders to move from success to significance. Prior to her current role, Spring led the Young Global Leaders (YGL) Program at the World Economic Forum in Greater China and Asia Pacific region. Spring managed the YGL selection and community building, as well as overall strategy and development effort. Formerly, Spring also has extensive Key Account Management and Public Relation experience at Hewlett-Packard (HP) China, Ogilvy Shanghai and Asia Society New York. Having been working closely with leaders from diverse sectors, Spring has over ten years of cross-culture strategic communication, experience design, community building, and business development experience. Spring obtained a BA degree at Renmin University of China, an MPA degree at Columbia University. She is also a World Economic Forum Global Leadership Fellow.
