Terence D. Pinkston Jr. joined Chicanos Por La Causa in early 2018. He is currently the Deputy Director of Workforce Solutions. As the Deputy Director, he assists the Director of Workforce Solutions in procuring major funding, program development, implementation and administration within a comprehensive system of community programming. Terence was raised in North Texas where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington. After college, he moved to Arizona where he obtained an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate. Terence spent the first 17 years of his career in education.
