Tom has served at Hudson Community Enterprises in various capacities over the past 8 years; beginning as the Vice President of Finance in 2011 and progressing to Chief Financial Officer in 2004 and finally Chief Operating Officer/Exec Vice President in 2007. With responsibilities for the financial and administrative operations of the organization (Finance/Admin/HR/Payroll) as well as operational oversight of the social enterprise businesses, of which Hudson Community Enterprise currently operates six business units. These business units function as workforce development environments providing skills training for participants in HCE programs; many offer industry recognized certifications. Prior to working with Hudson Community Enterprises Tom has had experience in working in both the corporate environment as well as the entrepreneurial space where he ran several small businesses, the largest of which he ran for 15 years and who’s revenues topped $10M annually. He received both his BA (Business Administration) and MBA (Finance) from California State University.
Tom Masnaghetti is a member of the Hudson County Workforce Leadership Academy, Class of 2019-2020, one of several Workforce Leadership Academies in localities across North America.
