Victoria DeSimone is the Special Assistant to the Executive Director and Program Manager for the Diversity in National Security Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Previously, she worked at the Center for the Study of Weapons of Mass Destruction at the National Defense University and the Voice of America, where she worked on projects related to counterterrorism. Ms. DeSimone holds an M.A. in U.S. foreign policy and national security from American University and a B.S. from Florida State University in criminology, psychology, and history. Participated in the Aspen Security Forum.
