Zawar Ahmed is a High School senior with a broad interest in the humanities, sciences, and the visual arts. He is a High Honor Roll student and enjoys challenging himself with the rigor of AP courses. Zawar is involved in various clubs and organizations at his school such as Key Club, Interact Club, National Spanish Honors Society, and the National Arts Honor Society. His artwork has been displayed in the Morristown Museum and the SOPAC Gallery, and he is a silver key winner of the National Scholastic Art and Writing Award. He is the founder and President of United, a school organization with a focus on social justice action and community outreach. Zawar is also a part of the Explorers Program at the Newark Museum. He is passionate about using his artwork, broad knowledge in the humanities and science, and his personal life experiences to advocate for marginalized communities.
