Cultivating Latino Leaders to Drive Change Through World-Class Leadership Programs

The Aspen Institute offers world-class leadership programs that move leaders from success to significance. We believe that investing in diverse leaders is essential to shaping a better future for all.

Through our exclusive scholarship opportunities, selected Latino executives and emerging leaders receive financial support to participate in the Institute’s public events, policy roundtables, leadership seminars, and other convenings. Our programs offer a unique opportunity for participants to engage in meaningful dialogue, gain new perspectives, and develop leadership skills that are critical for driving change in their organizations and communities.

Upon completion of their participation, scholarship recipients join a network of more than 450 cross-sector leaders from across the United States and Mexico. This network offers a platform for continued learning, collaboration, and innovation and offers exclusive alumni opportunities that help leaders further engage with the Aspen Institute.
