Aspen Institute Custom Designed Seminars

We work with individual organizations to develop a unique, tailored seminar experience. Custom Designed Seminars can be as short as ½ a day and as long as one week and can accommodate anywhere from 8 to 150 people. From team building, to board meetings, to breakout sessions at large conferences, our seminar process and content can be customized based on your organization’s needs and desired outcomes.

Moderators:
We have a diverse selection of Aspen Institute trained moderators skilled at facilitating dialogues around complex and challenging issues, and an additional resource pool of subject specific subject matter experts who are drawn upon as needed.

Custom Seminar Facilities and Services:
We are happy to provide custom seminars at the conference center of your choosing. In addition, we are able to use Aspen Meadows in Aspen, Colorado or the Wye River Conference Center on the Eastern Shore of Maryland for your custom seminars.

Our Custom Seminars are Offered at Two Levels of Engagement:

Tier One Seminars

Tier One seminars are the complete package and are ideal for organizations who are looking to plan an immersive seminar experience. These seminars are offered at our Aspen, CO or Queenstown, MD facilities.

Included in a Tier One seminar:

  • Meals and lodging at the Aspen Meadows in Aspen, CO or Wye River Conference Center facilities in Queenstown, MD (based upon availability)
  • Custom seminar content and curriculum development
  • Printed and bound seminar readings shipped to participants
  • One or two seminar moderators (depending on seminar)
  • A seminar coordinator to oversee all logistics of the event
  • Transportation during the seminar for outings
  • Additional seminar materials

 

Tier Two Seminars

Tier Two seminars are perfect for organizations who are looking to control location and costs while still offering a unique seminar experience. These seminars can be held anywhere.

Included in a Tier Two seminar:

  • Custom seminar content and curriculum development
  • Printed and bound seminar readings [PDF readings optional]
  • One or two seminar moderators (depending on seminar)
