To ensure the success of this initiative, it is imperative to establish a robust system for collecting standarized diversity demographic data from member tech companies, one that prioritizes both security and trust. Their expertise will facilitate the creation of a secure data sharing mechanism and an analytics dashboard, empowering the Coalition member companies to effortlessly submit their data and enabling Coalition staff at Aspen Digital to access, analyze, compare, and generate transformative insights.
