During the first three cycles of the Aspen Prize, it became clear that certain career and technical programs offered especially valuable opportunities for students to earn credentials that offer strong earning and employment opportunities. To better understand and raise the profile of excellent student and programs in middle-skill STEM fields – advanced manufacturing, energy, health care, and information technology — the Aspen College Excellence Program is partnering with the Siemens Foundation on the Siemens Technical Scholars.
