While microenterprise development organizations have long been active in the personal finance space, many have begun to expand their work in this area to include a focus on credit building. In this case study, FIELD highlights the work of DC-based Latino Economic Development Corporation (LEDC). LEDC has incorporated new elements of this work into its microenterprise programming and the case offers initial lessons drawn from its experience.
