The first SEDLP case study examines the Garment Industry Development Corporation (GIDC), a specialized nonprofit that focuses on issues of job quality and business competitiveness within the garment industry. GIDC offers training programs to address the needs of incumbent and displaced workers as well as marketing and technical assistance services to meet the needs of business owners.
