FIELD’s Gainful Jobs qualitative research illuminates the quality of jobs provided by microenterprises. This brief, an excerpt from the full report, focuses on findings related to the experiences of 67 millennials interviewed as part of the research. Given the challenges faced by millennials in our current labor market, and that almost two-thirds of the individuals interviewed for this research were between 18 and 34 years of age, a special focus on the findings for this age group seemed warranted.
