2018 has been an extraordinary year for upskilling. Employers large and small across the country launched new upskilling programs that will benefit workers across sectors, opening up new opportunities for them to learn new skills and build their careers.
We hope you’ll enjoy this UpSkill America “Year in Review” as we share the great work that employers are doing and shine a light on the impact and value of upskilling. The report highlights new programs created in 2018 by employers large and small, as well as supporting organizations that have helped businesses educate and train their employees – thanks to the incredible response we had to our survey. It also includes a review of the tools we released this year to help businesses create, expand or improve their upskilling programs.
We are excited to see how these programs fulfill their potential in the coming year and look forward to working with you to advance the upskilling movement in 2019.
