In 2004, Clark campaigned for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination. He is chairman and CEO of Wesley K. Clark & Associates, a strategic consulting firm, and is the author of “Don’t Wait for the Next War: A Strategy for American Growth and Global Leadership” (Public Affairs). Clark is the recipient of many awards, including the Purple Heart and the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
