At the 2016 Resnick Aspen Action Forum, Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellow Pallav Patankar made an Action Pledge to, “intensify my dialogue on LGBT rights with politicians, bureaucrats, and corporations to improve inclusion in the social landscape in India by 2020.”
When we caught up with Pallav 2019, we learned about the incredible progress he’d made leading the LGBTQ movement in India, including striking down a law that effectively criminalized LGBTQ people and relationships. Check out the video on the milestones Pallav has achieved since making his pledge.
