Dr. Faith Polkey (Liberty Fellow) is Chief Clinical Officer at Beaufort-Jasper-Hampton Comprehensive Services, which was organized to deliver comprehensive health services to residents of the socially and economically disadvantaged residents of Beaufort, Jasper, and Hampton Counties in the southern part of South Carolina.
As the pandemic began to change how the health system was able to care for the community, people looked to Faith for guidance. Dr. Faith Polkey is the chief clinical officer at Beaufort Jasper Hampton Comprehensive Health Services (BJHCHS). She is also the regional director of medical education for AT Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona, whose South Carolina campus is based at BJHCHS. She served as chief of pediatrics at BJHCHS for 13 years. She is a Fellow of the fifth class of the Liberty Fellowship Program, serves on the Liberty Fellowship board and is a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
